Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds strawberries, quartered
4 cups cucumbers, chopped
1 small red onion, chopped
8 ounces feta cheese, cubed
½ cup fresh mint, minced
⅓ cup olive oil
⅓ cup golden balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
